DNS propagation is the time it takes for nameserver or record changes to be visible worldwide. It is often minutes, but can take up to 24–48 hours.
During this period the site or email may work in some networks and not in others. Do not change nameservers repeatedly. After a domain transfer or new hosting order this delay is normal.
