If an invoice stays unpaid, the related hosting service can be suspended automatically after 5 days past the due date. A suspended site and its email stop working until the invoice is paid.
Pay the overdue invoice in the Client Area to request reactivation. Domains can expire separately if they are not renewed — renew them before the expiry date. Contact support if you need a short delay; we cannot guarantee an extension.
