From Client Area → Services open the hosting product:
- Upgrade — move to Standard or Premium when you need more disk, email, or CPU
- Cancel — request cancellation if you no longer need the service; do this before the next invoice when possible
- Domains — renew from Domains or Service Renewals; disabling auto-renew still requires you to watch the expiry date
Cancellation does not automatically refund unused time unless we confirm it in writing.
